Robotics Team presents their FTC Robot to Engineering Leadership at Philly Naval Base

Students attended Philadelphia's NAVSEA National Engineering Week celebration on Thursday 2/23.  The Robotics team 'Tech Heroes' presented and demonstrated their First Tech Challenge(FTC) robot 'SideKick' to Patricia Woody the Research and Engineering Department Head at the base which employs 1,000 civilian engineers and scientists from the Philadelphia region.  Drexel University President John Fry gave the keynote address.  Club President Eric Smalls, Team Mechanical Engineer Cevan Noell, and CAD Specialist Andrea Fleming led a discussion and presentation about the design process and features of their robot.
